Performance Guarantee

Water ApS hereby guarantee, that the Ultraviolet Light (UV) systems
From Water ApS (Ballast & Quartz glass & WUVI-Lamp) supplied to:
BioKube Biological Wastewater Treatment System (DK)

That the discharged effluent will contain less that
500 faecal coliforms and E.coli per: cfu/100 ml water

Providing that the influent water is domestic waste water, and that the following parameters are not exceeded in the discharged water from the:
BioKube Biological Wastewater Treatment System (DK)

BOD (Max) 20 mg/l     
SS    (Max) 25 mg/l

And that the discharged water flow is lower than 50 litre per hour per Watt. And the Ballast & Quartz glass & WUVI-Lamp is delivered by: Water ApS

This guarantee is valid during the entire period of 1 year (8000/h) after installation of a new. WUVI-Lamp delivered from: Water ApS
